Who's Ready For Spring Break???
Make plans now to keep your kids busy this Spring Break at one of our daytime classes geared just for them. Sign up for one or better yet, all three!Tuesday, March 13, 10 - noon: Spring Fling I - Kids will make a painted and decoupaged Easter basket using paper punches and acrylic paint. Be sure to sign up for Part II on Thursday, as well, to make the Easter egg set that goes with this basket.
Wednesday, March 14, 10 - 2 pm: In this class, we will teach your child to complete a basic vacation-themed page. In addition, they will get to make a Perfect Pet Paper Bag album with Bo Bunny's hot new papers and stickers. Bring a sack lunch.
Thursday, March 15, 10 - noon: Spring Fling II - The perfect addition to Part I or as a stand alone class, we will be making a set of three painted, decoupaged, sparkling Easter Eggs.
Upcoming Events to Keep on your Calendar!
March 23, 24 & 25th: Grand (Re) - Opening Weekend! In addition to celebrating the Grand Opening of the Scrapbook Pad we have decided to create a fun-filled weekend complete with our own version of a March Madness-style scrapbooking tournament!The festivities begin the evening of Friday, March 23 with prize giveaways at our crop and for our Friday evening shoppers.
Then on Saturday, the day starts off our March Madness tournament held from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. (There will be no Saturday night crop from 6:00 pm to midnight on this day.) During this fun-filled day registrants for the tournament will compete in scrapbooking-related competitions. Judged by a panel of volunteer "customer" judges, the winners of these brackets will move on to the next bracket narrowing the competitors down to the famous "Final Four". The "Final Four" will then compete for a fantastic prize to be announced soon! There is a $5.00 entry fee and tournament is limited to the first twenty- two registrants.
Sunday will continue with two of our popular regularly scheduled classes and more prizes awarded randomly to our shoppers.

Get Some "Class" at the Scrapbook Pad
This week's highlighted teacher and class:New to our lineup of talented teachers is Paula Phillips. Paula's class projects for March scream, "SPRING has SPRUNG!" Join Paula in Making Memories Topiary and More where you'll create an Easter topiary and picture frame just perfect for an Easter table decoration or a terrific gift. You'll also enjoy Paula's Tiny Tin Easter Basket class where you'll make an adorable Easter bucket and sparkling decoupaged Easter egg adorned with beads and ribbons. Don't forget a class for the Kids! Paula is also teaching two classes during Spring Break called Spring Fling I and Spring Fling II where the kids can take both classes and go home with an Easter Basket and fun Easter eggs to go inside.
